«Biznes pishchevykh ingredientov» magazine is the only publication in Russia fully dedicated to various aspects of production, promotion and application of ingredients in all sectors of the food industry. The magazine covers the ingredients market in the context of food technology applications. The magazine contains 48 pages and is published 6 times a year.
